Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Employment Type: Full-Time Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
