This opportunity is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys helping organizations navigate complex industries, build credibility with key stakeholders, and tell compelling stories in rapidly evolving markets. The agency works with a diverse portfolio of clients spanning financial services, professional services, fintech, asset management, banking, insurance, and broader corporate sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic communications programs across multiple client accountsServe as a senior advisor to client stakeholders and executive leadership teamsDevelop and execute media relations, thought leadership, and reputation-building initiativesCreate compelling messaging and narratives around complex business topicsBuild and maintain relationships with business, financial, and trade mediaOversee account teams and support professional development of junior staffIdentify opportunities for client growth and contribute to new business initiativesMonitor industry trends and develop proactive communications strategiesQualifications6-10+ years of public relations, corporate communications, or strategic communications experienceExperience in financial services, fintech, professional services, corporate communications, public affairs, or related sectorsStrong media relations capabilities and strategic communications expertiseProven ability to manage client relationships and lead account teamsExcellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skillsAgency experience preferredEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
