Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

An established multidisciplinary healthcare practice is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join its growing clinical team in the Chicago Metro Area.
This practice takes a personalized, whole-person approach to healthcare, combining evidence-informed functional medicine with integrative therapies and individualized treatment plans.
The clinical team works with patients experiencing a broad range of complex and chronic health concerns, including digestive disorders, IBS, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, joint pain, headaches, hormonal concerns, infertility, and menopausal symptoms.
The practice offers a multidisciplinary environment with services that may include IV therapy, peptide therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ozone sauna, massage therapy, and musculoskeletal care.
This opportunity is well suited for a Nurse Practitioner with a background in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, or a related clinical setting who has a genuine interest in functional and integrative medicine.
The NP will provide comprehensive patient care, perform detailed clinical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic testing, develop individualized treatment plans, manage medications and supplements, provide IV therapy, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
