What You’ll Do: Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows. Monitor on-air programming for quality, timing, and compliance with FCC regulations. Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate commercial placement. Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and elevate as needed. Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems. Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance. Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed. What You’ll Need: Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment, audio editing and automation systems (e.g., NexGen, Adobe Audition). Available to work early Sunday mornings on a consistent basis. Additional weekend availability is beneficial Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision Must live in Phoenix, Arizona metro or be willing to relocate at own expense with the understanding that this is a part-time role Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Professional demeanor to work with station clients High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.
