Billing Operations Specialist

To support a rapidly scaling organization, the full-time remote Billing Operations Specialist will manage the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, ensuring accurate provisioning, subscription management, and revenue integrity. Key responsibilities Translate closed-won deals into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms and reconcile order forms with provisioning requests Process mid-cycle changes, manage renewals, and handle offboarding while resolving invoice discrepancies Conduct audits of active subscriptions to verify billing accuracy and support month-end and quarter-end close processes Required qualifications Experience with billing systems such as Stripe or similar platforms Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail Ability to navigate complex billing scenarios and resolve discrepancies Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
