Travel Echocardiography Technologist - Cardiac Imaging Pro

Job Description TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in Voorhees, New Jersey. The role involves operating cardiac ultrasound machines, ensuring accurate image acquisition, preparing and caring for patients undergoing echocardiograms, and documenting studies for physician interpretation. Responsibilities Educate patients and/or their families regarding procedures performed Demonstrate competence in performing echocardiographic studies Consistently perform quality Doppler and color Doppler exams Acquire quality Stress Echo and Dobutamine images according to physician and benchmark standards Perform quality transesophageal echocardiograms according to physician expectations Demonstrate an understanding of cardiac disease processes and acquired images Report findings or concerns to reading physician for prompt interpretation Perform all related processing required for each completed study Maintain equipment including cleaning and disinfecting per department procedure and report problems Maintain accurate patient records Understand and use the McKesson PACS system Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as an Echocardiogram Technologist BLS, ARDMS‑RDCS, or CCI‑RS National Certification and state‑specific licensing when required Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Pay & Assignment Details Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week, 8‑hour days Shift: 8‑hour days Employment type: Travel Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
