It also requires the ability to handle ambiguity in work plan definition and the ability to adapt to change. Prepares staffing plans, reviews and approves work schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage around the clock. Projects staffing needs, flex staff when needed to work within metrics; interviews and assists with hiring the right employees to fill vacant positions; resolves staffing issues Experience Required 3 years CT clinical experience All CT Imaging and protocols Analytical, problem solving skills required Education Requirements H.S. Diploma, Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography & CT program, associate's degree preferred but not required License/Certification Requirements Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) Current- Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiographers) ARRT Board Certified in CT Imaging Special Requirements Strong Communication and People Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
