What You'll Do

• Provide independent, patient-centered care for general IMC, Neurosurgery, Respiratory, Cardiac, GI, and post-triage patients
• Administer medications and treatments using established protocols, monitor for side effects, and evaluate outcomes
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately
• Assess patient and family learning needs; provide education and resources
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and delegate tasks as appropriate
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and orders
• Assist in managing complex clinical cases, including drips, bipaps, and other treatments

What You Need

• Required:
  • Texas RN license or valid multi-state license (compact)
  • BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting
  • EPIC electronic medical record experience highly preferred
• Preferred:
  • Experience in telemetry/IMC/MedSurg units
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
