Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health Pediatrics

Location: Home Visits Throughout Fairfield County, CT (Norwalk, Fairfield, Westport, Wilton, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford & Greenwich)

Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours/Week)

Employment Type: W2

Setting: Home Health Pediatrics

Position Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized, home-based speech therapy services to pediatric patients throughout Fairfield County, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and helping children achieve their communication goals in a home environment.

Schedule:

•Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours/Week)

•Flexible Schedule - Choose Your Own Hours

•Home visits scheduled based on therapist availability

Responsibilities:

•Provide individualized speech and language therapy in patients' homes

•Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

•Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy goals

•Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

•Deliver high-quality, family-centered care

•Communicate effectively with families regarding patient progress

Qualifications:

Required:

•Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

•Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist License

•ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

•Reliable transportation for home visits

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

•Minimum 5 years of pediatric experience

•Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates will also be considered

•Experience providing home-based pediatric therapy

Compensation & Benefits:
