Project Controls Specialist

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Controls Specialist opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN at the Y-12 National Security Complex. Position Overview The Project Controls Specialist provides varied project controls support, which includes: Primavera P6 utilization Schedule development and maintenance Cost analysis and controls Earned value measurement Reporting Additional Responsibilities Facilitate internal team communication and meetings. Assist with customer interactions, including tracking project management deliverables and presenting project management status to external or internal customers. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 20+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience with Primavera P6. Experience with schedule development and maintenance, cost analysis and control, earned value measurement, and reporting. Ability to resolve complex issues, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work under minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple or changing priorities. Other Job Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance. Work Schedule Typical work schedule will be Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour days (4/10 schedule).
