WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Pay : As our Paint Crew Leader, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25-$35 per hour , plus pay-for-performance bonuses and safety bonuses .

Schedule : This full-time role includes varying shifts within regular business hours, with employees reporting to a central location prior to traveling to their assigned job sites.

All that you need is:

• Valid driver's license
• RRP certification
• Experience leading or supporting painting crews
• Strong understanding of painting techniques, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with ladders and equipment in a physically demanding environment

Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PAINT CREW LEADER?

In this role, you'll gather with your team, review project priorities, and lead a safety huddle before heading to the job site. Throughout the day, you'll help guide crews, monitor progress, ensure timelines and quality standards are met, communicate with customers, answer questions, support training and development efforts, track time and accountability through QuickBooks Time, assist with job planning and additional work orders, and promote a positive, team-focused culture.
