About Us: The Village at Rockville is a continuing care retirement community located in the heart of Rockville, Maryland, near Rockville Town Square and the Rockville Metro station. The campus offers a full continuum of senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, outpatient therapy, and direct-bill wellness services. This position provides the unique opportunity to treat residents across all levels of care, allowing therapists to build lasting relationships while delivering individualized, person-centered care throughout the aging journey. With a strong commitment to community engagement and exceptional resident care, The Village at Rockville is an outstanding place for a therapy professional to grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
