Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse specializing in emergency care is sought for a night shift position at a healthcare facility in Plainsboro, New Jersey. The role involves providing high-quality patient care across all populations, including pediatric patients, with scheduled night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position requires flexibility to work every other weekend and participation in holiday rotations during winter and summer seasons.

Job Details:

• Location: Plainsboro, New Jersey
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid New Jersey or Compact State nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), minimum of 3 years of emergency room experience, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and annual flu vaccination requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult patients, and demonstrated experience working during holiday periods
• Additional Information: Orientation is scheduled for August 18, 2026, with in-person training sessions on August 7, 2026, and virtual sessions on August 18, 2026, and August 26, 2026. Candidates must have worked in all populations, including pediatrics, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on emergency care.
