We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader for IPTs on a program that could grow to over $1B in sales. What You Will DoOwn full life-cycle program development and critical execution activities of IPTs on a large development programProgram Execution & EVMS: Direct cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance. Manage Earned Value Management System (EVMS) baseline metrics, Estimates at Complete (EACs), and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to deliver on our commitmentsFinancial Management: Drive Program P&L, managing financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments, and cash flow predictability across the contract lifecycleRisk & Opportunity (R&O): Lead continuous R&O assessments to mitigate execution risks, optimize contract margins, and accelerate schedule milestonesProposals: Lead proposal efforts, draft Statements of Work (SOW), Basis of Estimates (BOE), and assembly proposal pricing for management review.
