Caregiver Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist

Right at Home Columbus Metro in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter / Onboarding Coordinator to recruit and onboard caregivers and manage compliance. You will conduct interviews, handle paperwork, and ensure all records are complete and up-to-date.
The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and strong communication as you guide new hires through onboarding, training coordination, and documentation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with hourly compensation.
