Exciting Primary Care Opportunity in Portland, Oregon
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred

Position Highlights:
- Outpatient role with no call, nights, or weekend responsibility
- Flexible scheduling options with a 4- or 5-day workweek and protected administrative time
- Optional Urgent Care and Hospitalist shifts available for additional income
- "Ghost physicians" manage inbox messaging, allowing you to focus on patient care
- No pressure for high patient volumes-we prioritize quality care over quantity
- Spanish fluency is required to serve our diverse patient population
Outstanding Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience with additional quality, efficiency, and retention bonuses
- Generous sign-on bonus up to $75,000 and $15,000 relocation assistance
- Language stipend offered for Spanish speaking candidates
- Up to $175,000 in student loan repayment assistance
- 21% employer-funded retirement contributions (not a match-automatically contributed based on earnings)
