We need an Assistant General Manager ready to lead, not just support—someone who walks the floor, understands the numbers and the energy, and is actively building toward running a venue of their own. The Role The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the entire venue operation. This role oversees department managers across all business functions—guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities, and events—ensuring that every part of the operation runs at a high standard. The AGM owns day‑to‑day execution, holds leaders accountable, and serves as acting GM when needed. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high‑volume seasons.
