Job Description

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Receivables/PPM Lead Consultant to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) and PPM modules. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions to enhance client systems. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure the applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
• Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios, and developing test scripts
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Functional Lead role
• Ideal candidate has completed two end-to-end Cloud implementations in Oracle Cloud Receivables and previous experience implementing PPM
• Public Sector experience required
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
• Hold meetings on camera on a daily basis, and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• All work to be performed in the US
