Location: Douglasville, GA 30135 Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours per Week: 40 Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $21-23/hour (Based on years of experience & education) Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations. Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures. Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties. Verify patient demographics, obtain required patient signatures, and ensure specimen labels are accurate and applied in the patient’s presence. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with laboratory standards. Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and quality assurance protocols. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience. Maintain a professional, clean, and safe work environment. Support operational needs and provide coverage at additional locations when required. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum three years of direct phlebotomy experience required. Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections required.
