What we're looking for: Someone responsible for assisting the loan officers with administrative lending and clerical duties.

What you'll do:

• Serve as primary receptionist for Loan Officers and assist with the loan needs of the branch/market.
• Greet and direct visitors applying for a loan.
• Organize loans for customer signature and loan processing; preparing loans for booking; typing credit memos, letters and correspondence.
• Cross-sell bank products.
• Answer and direct incoming calls or relay messages, as circumstances dictate.
• Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding.

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day.
