Radiology / Cardiology / Ultrasound Tech – General | Contract
Location: Petaluma, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Evening/Night Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in radiology, cardiology, and general ultrasound settings.
Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Prepare patients for procedures and explain imaging processes.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Document procedures and patient information using EPIC EMR.
Maintain patient safety and imaging quality standards.
Assist with emergency and routine imaging procedures.
Float between related imaging departments as needed.
Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage.
Ensure proper maintenance and handling of imaging equipment and supplies.
Preferred:
Experience with EPIC EMR.
Multi-modality imaging experience.
Acute care hospital experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Radiology, Ultrasound, or Cardiology Tech experience.
Acute care hospital experience required.
Ability to work evening/night shifts.
Willingness to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts.
Strong clinical and patient care skills.
Ability to float between related imaging departments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
RTO must be submitted at time of application.
