Restaurant Server

As a Server at the Calcutta Grill you will serve guests in a friendly sincere manner and you will interact with guests to ensure they have an outstanding experience every DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take food and beverage orders from guests enter orders into the point-of-sale system. Initiate contact with guests within 15 feet with a sincere welcome and the willingness to assist the guest. At the conclusion of the guests visit offer a genuine thank you and invitation to execute server sequenceDeliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely side work at the start and end of each shift as and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Always yield to the final billMaintain effective communication with the guests and fellow team membersMust uphold a clean and orderly appearance and be dressed in uniform at the start of each a good working knowledge of hours of operation wine and menu including ingredients and preparation in maintaining a clean environment including picking up trash in visible areas and eliminating sell at every opportunity by informing guests of specials and your personal tasks as EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignmentsMust be adaptable to change flexible and empatheticMust be highly customer oriented and responsiveMust be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where continuous improvement is expectedMust possess a Food Handlers possess a Class 12 MAST be 21 yrs. or ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
