Assistant Lounge Supervisor/ Night Lead Bartender

We at SaharaLux considers everyone at the establishment FAMILY.

Hours of work - 9: pm pm to 3:00 am (two days a week)

Job Description

Assist the lounge manager with the following;

1. Running liquor between the back and front of the house, the bottle service and bar.

2. Managing the sale of the night menu and reconciling at the end of the shift

3. Take inventory of the liquor after shift

4. Reconcile the servers, bartenders and bottler service in Toast at end of shift and close out.

5. Act as the first line of contact for EVERYONE working the night shift.

We are a new upscale, family-oriented Afro fusion dining and entertainment experience. Our cuisine, drink and entertainment experience is unique and vibrant. We also have an event space that host private parties and events. In addition, we are a destination establishment with shows and bands lined up.
