Care Manager for Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT)

Eliot Community Human Services in Boston is seeking a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Care Manager to support children, youth and families within a high-acuity context. You will collaborate with Clinicians, Care Managers and Family Partners to provide hands-on, family-focused care. Hours are 8am–8pm, 40 hours per week with some evenings and weekend coverage. Annual salary is $60,000 USD. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in human services and 2 years' experience; driving #J-18808-Ljbffr Eliot Community Human Services
