It involves gathering and documenting report requirements, writing specifications, and using reporting tools to create and modify reports based on evolving needs. The role includes validating and testing reports to ensure accuracy and quality while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes. Success is measured by the timely delivery of accurate reports that meet business requirements and provide actionable insights to leadership. The work impacts organizational performance by enabling data-driven decisions and supporting strategic and tactical objectives through effective reporting and analytics.

Gather and integrate complex data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights

Prioritize and drive new reporting requirements to completion by assessing business needs and coordinating cross-functional efforts

Identify and communicate key insights from reports and analyses to inform leadership decisions

Proactively enhance reporting and analytics processes through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement

Conduct complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting while serving as a subject-matter expert

Provide guidance and support to junior employees or act as a team lead to facilitate knowledge sharing and project execution

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience

OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience

OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent

Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Information

Management or related field

4-7 years of Experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $102,695 - $205,390National Base Pay Range: $89,300 - $178,600

Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
