Job Description Fun. Flexibility. Growth. As an Applebee's Cook, you will prepare menu items in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare food items in accordance with Applebee’s quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and dining room employees. Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with health‑and‑safety regulations. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Strong communication skills and team‑player attitude. Commitment to excellence and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work in a hot and damp environment. Speak clearly and listen attentively. Use small tools and equipment with finger and hand dexterity. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift. Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently during shift.
