Job Description:

✅ In-Seat Food Runner

✅ Pay: Between $7.25/hr and $50/hr

Job Requirements:

✅ Must pass a background check

✅ Must speak English

✅ TABC & Food Handlers Certified. (Required)

✅ Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop frequently (ex: serving trays with food)

✅ Be professional, polite, polished, and punctual

✅ Be able to work with all food types, including allergens, and be able to provide exceptional customer service

Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Accurate Delivery: Transport food and drinks quickly from concession or club kitchens to the correct seat numbers, rows, or suites.
✅ Order Verification: Check trays against order tickets before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy, proper temperature, and presentation.
✅ Guest Communication: Greet guests politely, announce dishes without auctioning them off, and handle special requests or allergy notifications.
✅ Area Maintenance: Clear empty plates, wrappers, cups, and trash from the seating area to keep pathways and cupholders clean.
✅ Venue Coordination: Communicate with kitchen staff, suite attendants, and event managers regarding delays or special guest needs

Dress Code: Black T-shirt, black slacks, black socks, and black non-slip shoes

Work Schedule:

✅ Multiple shifts available

✅Shift Length: 6-12 hours, depending on the event. (Note: This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling.)
