Advantage Rehab Part-Time COTA OpportunityAdvantage Rehab, part of the Corus Health family of companies, is seeking a part-time COTA to provide restorative care for the residents of Laguna Rainbow Elder Care Center, located just outside Albuquerque on the Laguna Pueblo. You'll work alongside an Occupational Therapist to help residents recover, adapt, and thrive — building trusted relationships within a community with a rich and distinct cultural heritage.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild trusting, consistent relationships directly with patientsCarry out therapy plans of care developed by an Occupational TherapistHelp patients develop, recover, and improve activities of daily living (ADLs)Provide rehabilitative support for patients with a range of diagnoses affecting ADLsDeliver care without the pressure of rigid time constraints, allowing real relationship-building with each residentWhat We're Looking ForCertification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an AOTA-accredited institutionActive State of New Mexico licensureOne year of experience preferred, though we welcome strong new gradsReliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's licenseSomeone who brings patience, warmth, and genuine curiosity to working with residents from a community with deep cultural rootsWhy Join UsYou'll be part of a collaborative, team-based environment where patient outcomes — not the clock — drive the work.
