Job ID: 3184326 | Amazon.com Services LLC This position requires in‑role training at an operating site for a period of 2+ weeks, located 50+ miles from the home site. All travel accommodations for training will be booked and paid for by Amazon. The role demands open flexibility to work overnight shifts (late afternoon to early morning) on either a front‑half (Sunday–Wednesday) or back‑half (Wednesday–Saturday) schedule. In this role you will lead a team of hourly employees and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards are met while maintaining customer expectations for on‑time delivery. Key Job Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate your team. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet business objectives. Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks (stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs) during shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Work in environments with varying noise, temperature, and weather conditions (including outside loading departments and refrigerated grocery locations). Maintain a flexible schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays. Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with up to 100 pounds during shifts. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. The total Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
