As a Server/Bartender at Rush on Main, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel at home.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and making menu recommendations.
• Running food and drinks to tables promptly.
• Keeping drinks refilled and tables clean throughout service.
• Handling checks, payments, and POS orders with accuracy.
• Completing opening, running, and closing duties.
• Assisting teammates whenever needed.
• Learning bartending duties and stepping into bar shifts as you grow into the role.

Some morning shifts may involve solo service/bartending responsibilities, so dependability and confidence are essential.

We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude and a team-first mindset to every shift. Here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Must be legally able to serve alcohol.
• Serving experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Bartending experience is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn.
• Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Willingness to learn our food menu, drink menu, specials, and service standards.
• Comfortable handling money, POS systems, and guest payments.
• Availability for a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
