Real Estate Office Assistant

Overview We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. The role supports agents by maintaining transaction documents, monitoring deadlines, ensuring legal compliance, and scheduling appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also help market the company on social media and assist in planning company events. If this position interests you, start your application today! Responsibilities Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings. Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements. Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met. Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team. Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry. Ensure each transaction complies with company and state regulations and that all documents are submitted appropriately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Either already has or is working towards a real estate license. Available evenings and weekends. Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems.
