Opportunity Picture yourself as the go-to engineer for several Pennsylvania towns, where every day brings a new challenge and a chance to leave a tangible mark. Instead of being a cog in a large machine, you will be the trusted advisor that municipal leaders call when they need stormwater solutions, development reviews, or guidance on public works. This isn't a desk job-it's a visible, community-facing opportunity to steer growth and protect the places people call home. Your daily responsibilities will span from reviewing complex land development plans to designing drainage systems that prevent flooding. You'll represent the firm at evening council meetings, explain engineering decisions to stakeholders, and ensure every project meets both code and the community's needs. The work you do will directly influence the safety, sustainability, and quality of life for thousands of residents, making your role both challenging and deeply rewarding. We're looking for a seasoned Professional Engineer with at least seven years of municipal experience who can hit the ground running. You already know the ins and outs of Pennsylvania's subdivision and land development regulations, and you're comfortable in front of a room full of mayors and council members. Your communication skills are as strong as your technical ability, and you take pride in solving problems before they become crises. If you're ready to step into a role that offers competitive pay, high visibility, and the chance to build a lasting legacy in Pennsylvania's municipalities, this is your move. The firm behind this opportunity is a respected consultancy that values collaboration and empowers its engineers to lead.
