As our Training Specialist, you will teach customer administrators how to configure and maintain Strata products so they can drive measurable business outcomes at their organizations. To thrive in this role, you must be passionate about designing and delivering technical training. This position will continually challenge you to grow as an educator, a subject matter expert, and a curriculum designer.
- Design, maintain, and deliver instructor‑led training for assigned solutions and audiences utilizing adult learning principles and training delivery best practices
- Utilize Zoom features including polls, chat, and breakout rooms to deliver engaging virtual training sessions
