HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor – Utility-Scale Solar PV / Renewable Energy Project | Texas

Basis North America is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a major utility-scale Solar PV / renewable energy project in Texas.

We are looking for candidates with strong field-based HSE experience in construction environments, preferably within Solar PV, renewable energy, power generation, or large-scale energy infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements:

Candidates must have:

✅ Minimum of 7 years of HSE management experience in construction environments ✅ Direct experience supporting Solar PV / renewable energy / power projects ✅ Experience performing independent HSE oversight, including audits, inspections, and field compliance checks ✅ Strong knowledge of electrical safety and HV safety supervision ✅ Experience supporting energization activities and other high-risk construction activities ✅ Working knowledge of Permit-to-Work and LOTO systems ✅ Training in applicable safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and electrical safety standards ✅ Ability to work closely with EPC contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders

Important: Candidates must demonstrate real experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, or power project environments. Experience only in general safety, manufacturing, logistics, or non-energy environments may not be sufficient for this role.
