We are seeking a detail-oriented Price Posting Coordinator to join our team in Coxsackie, NY.

This position plays an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing, maintenance, and submission of pricing information in accordance with company procedures and New York Sate regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with detailed data, deadline-driven, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
• Enters or uploads submitted pricing and discount allowance structures into the price posting system.
• Manages wholesale price files for which Empire Merchants North is the acting Brand Agent.
• Generates and provides an accurate monthly price schedule to the State Liquor Authority.
• Coordinates and manages the price book creation process for all sales divisions.
• Maintains the material allocation list including closeout and inventory reduction management by ensuring timely entry, tracking, and submission to the State Liquor Authority to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintains a price posting manual outlining all the procedures necessary for complying with the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Law.
• Performs data audits and comparisons to ensure all records are in sync.
• Researches and analyzes pricing discrepancies identified or submitted for review.
• Maintains other condition records when required.
• Prepares reports as requested.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Interacts across various departments to address and resolve issues, requests and questions.
• Maintains and keeps accurate records in accordance with document retention policies.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Empire Merchants North offers a competitive compensation package including:

• Hourly Rate: $19 - 21 per hour and annual bonus potential

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certifications and/or licenses:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
3 to 4 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer systems.
Knowledge of SAP strongly preferred.
Must be a result oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team.
Must ensure accuracy and be detailed oriented.
