Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel contract position in Cullman, AL. This role involves providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment, ensuring patients reach their maximum level of independence and function, within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
- Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders/referrals
- Complete a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures
- Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, and precautions
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans
- Regularly reassess treatment plan effectiveness and patient progress
- Communicate patients' needs and progress to treatment team and family
- Consult with medical providers regarding patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge
- Recommend and assist with securing adaptive equipment
- Maintain and submit documentation in required formats and timelines
- Adhere to professional practice standards and relevant regulations
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Attend and participate in staff development programs and continuing education
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
- Valid AL PT license (Compact license accepted)
- Proficiency in Oasis and HCHB
- Experience in physical therapy practice
