* Patient & provider communication and education
* Support ER visits and care transitions
* Assist with benefits enrollment
* Handle inbound/outbound calls
* Maintain accurate documentation
*Bilingual Patient Advocate Required Qualifications:*

* Bilingual Spanish & English (fluent)
* 2+ years healthcare/managed care experience
* Able to work onsite full-time
* Reliable for Glendale commute
*Bilingual Patient Advocate Preferred Qualifications:*

* Medical Assistant certification or nursing background
* Care coordination or call center experience
* Benefits/enrollment exposure
*Bilingual Patient Advocate Schedule:*

* Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm!!
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
