RDP Machine Operator Pay Rate and Hours:

• B Shift - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 6:30pm-7am, but will have to be able to train on A Shift, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30am-7pm

• Pay Rate - $16

RDP Machine Operator Job Summary:

The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing press equipment in line with GSFI standards. This role ensures print quality, production efficiency, and compliance with safety and audit requirements.

Press Operator Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machinery per job specifications and schedules.

• Monitor color, registration, and print quality; troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Follow GSFI cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain equipment and work areas.

• Handle materials, stack and label skids, and prepare shipments accurately.

• Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.

• Maintain compliance with GSFI standards for safety, cleanliness, and documentation.

• Report any safety or quality concerns immediately.

RDP Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience running a production machine

• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Flexible to work various shifts and overtime.
