Role Description This full-time, on-site Entry-Level Financial Advisor role is based in Lafayette, LA. The Financial Advisor will support clients in understanding their financial goals, gather and analyze financial information, and assist in creating personalized strategies for investments, retirement planning, and overall financial well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing financial plans, reviewing investment options, and providing ongoing guidance under the supervision of senior advisors. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying informed about market trends and products, and adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Advisors will collaborate with team members, participate in training, and develop their professional skills within a structured support environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to help clients define goals and create tailored strategies. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Investments to analyze options and explain them clearly to clients. Candidates should possess capabilities in Retirement Planning to guide clients in preparing for long‑term financial security. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with a client‑focused mindset. Ability to learn quickly, work with guidance from senior advisors, and follow regulatory and compliance requirements. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred; relevant licenses (such as securities and insurance licenses) or willingness to obtain them is beneficial.
