Business Process Analyst

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to work for our company. Summary: Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation Support governance review processes with business impact analysis Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes Create stakeholder communications and status reports Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions. Requirements: Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies) Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments Experience with use case development and user story creation Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologiesExcellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience with project coordination and tracking Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired Requirements: Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation Experience with agile requirements management Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes.
