About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will:
• Provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Work collaboratively with our skilled nursing team to develop personalized care plans
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and compassion in all interactions with residents and families
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
• Current and valid Wisconsin State CNA Certification
• Previous LTC/Nursing home experience preferred
• Dependable and strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Friendly and energetic demeanor
