Pharmacist Position at VA Outpatient Clinic in Seattle, WAA-Team Solutions LLC is seeking a pharmacist for position at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Seattle, WA. Pharmacist can expect to work in the outpatient pharmacy rotating shifts. Coverage will start upon credentialing.Duties and Responsibilities:The contract pharmacists provide delivery of pharmaceutical care for patients seen in VA medical center clinics, on inpatient wards, and central inpatient pharmacies. Pharmacists provide dispensing, prescription verification, checking, unit dose drug distribution, controlled substance and high-cost drug accountability, drug information, formulary management, consulting, and antimicrobial consulting.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, FSARequirements:License: Pharmacists must be licensed in at least one State.
