Mechanical Superintendent – Water & Wastewater Construction Location: Georgia, USA Compensation: Up to $165,000 base salary Project Size Range: $10M – $250M Ready for your next career move? They're looking for an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead the installation of mechanical systems on water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for: Leading day-to-day mechanical field operations on water and wastewater projects Managing crews and subcontractors installing process piping, pumps, valves, HVAC, and mechanical equipment Coordinating mechanical activities with civil, structural, and electrical teams Driving safety, quality, and schedule performance Resolving field issues and maintaining productivity Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners Does this sound like you? 8+ years of mechanical construction experience Superintendent experience on water or wastewater treatment projects Strong knowledge of process piping, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment installation Proven leadership and communication skills OSHA 30 preferred What's in it for you?
