We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Gummy Production Assistant to support our Production Chef with the daily manufacturing of gummy products.
The Production Assistant will help with different stages of the production process, including preparing and weighing raw materials, assisting with production equipment, handling gummies, performing basic quality checks, and cleaning and organizing the production area.
The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions carefully, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Production Chef with daily gummy production activities.
* Prepare and weigh raw materials according to production instructions.
* Verify ingredient names, lot numbers, and quantities.
* Assist with production equipment, molds, trays, conveyors, and other tools.
* Monitor gummies during the production process and handle product carefully.
* Transfer product between production stages while keeping batches properly identified.
* Perform basic visual inspections of gummies for size, shape, color, appearance, and quality.
* Report any production, equipment, material, or quality issues to the Production Chef.
* Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, trays, containers, tables, and production areas.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
* Follow GMP, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene procedures.
* Wear required PPE, including gloves, hairnet, and beard covering when applicable.
* Follow all company procedures and instructions provided by the Production Chef or Supervisor.
Qualifications
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to accurately use a digital scale.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Ability to lift and move production materials within established safety guidelines.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Training will be provided.

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
