Job Description

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our professional network. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings—including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, schools, and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans. You will implement therapeutic activities and interventions to help patients regain or improve functional independence. You will educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to enhance daily living. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. You will document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans as needed. You will ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, as well as professional standards of practice. You will adapt quickly to new clinical environments and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements include a current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy (1–2 years preferred, but new grads may be considered). BLS/CPR certification is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
