Job Description

Outpatient Ortho - Mentorship-Focused - Conshohocken & Surrounding Clinics

CALLING ALL NEW PHYSICAL THERAPIST GRADUATES! Start your PT career with a team that invests heavily in mentorship, clinical growth, and long-term development.

At Ivy Rehab, new grad Physical Therapists receive structured mentorship, hands-on learning and support from experienced clinicians in a collaborative outpatient setting. New grads are strategically matched with mentors who have been pre-vetted through our Clinical Education team to help provide strong clinical guidance and support during your transition into practice. With reasonable caseload expectations and AI documentation support through ScribeIQ, our clinicians can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Compensation & Incentives

• $80,000$85,000 first year salary
• Bi-weekly clinician bonus opportunities
• Sign-on bonus and/or student loan repayment available for select clinics

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending PT license
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and patient care
