Grain Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for multiple grain handling and storage facilities Manage daily grain operations including receiving, drying, storage, blending, and outbound shipments Ensure facilities operate safely and remain compliant with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and company safety standards Lead, mentor, and develop operations personnel and facility managers across all locations Coordinate grain movement, rail logistics, truck traffic, and inventory management to maximize efficiency Monitor grain quality and condition to maintain company and customer standards Develop and manage operational budgets, maintenance planning, and capital improvement projects Collaborate with merchandising, agronomy, and accounting teams to support business objectives Drive operational consistency, process improvement, and cost-control initiatives across the network Oversee preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability efforts Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, commercial customers, vendors, and transportation partners Support harvest operations and provide leadership during peak seasonal demand periods Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of grain operations leadership experience required Experience overseeing multiple grain facilities or large-scale grain operations preferred Strong understanding of grain handling systems, storage management, and logistics Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr gpac
