The Arc Of Howard County Inc is looking for a Community Living Program Manager based in Ellicott City, Maryland. This role oversees multiple homes, managing Direct Support Managers on staffing, logistics, and operational tasks to ensure quality support for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience in the field, and strong leadership and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with Microsoft Office are required.
