Educational Background

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be completed within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
