THE ROLE

As a Smoothie & Açaí Barista, you’ll be part of the energy behind the REVES experience. Through our paid, hands‑on training program, you’ll learn how to craft our signature smoothies, açaí bowls, and specialty coffees – all made fresh to order. But this role is more than just making drinks. You’ll help create the welcoming, positive atmosphere our community loves. At REVES, growth is real. Within your first 6 months, you’ll have the opportunity to move into leadership roles based on your performance, initiative, and leadership potential. If you’re someone who wants to learn quickly, grow steadily, and be part of something exciting, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need prior café experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and work ethic.
